HELLO!
I’m JennRebec, a Missouri based graphic designer who has been part of in-house creative teams for over 20 years. My work covers a wide range of print and digital projects, from instruction sheets, illustrations, catalogs, and packaging, to point-of-purchase displays, signage, social media, webinar training, and trade shows. I’m best known for my ability to translate the complex and technical into simplified, compelling visuals that are clear and concise.
My creative interests began when I was a wee one. While in grade school I was called upon by teachers to help design the classroom bulletin boards. When summer break rolled around, I eagerly entered my handicrafts into the local town and country fair, winning an award or two. I went on to study art at the local community college on a Performing Fine Arts Scholarship, graduating with an Associate of Arts degree in Art. I then transferred to the University of Missouri – Columbia, graduating with a degree in Environmental Design, with an emphasis on Interiors. After college I landed a job as a graphic designer and knew I found my niche!
My mix of both creative and technical skills has led me to my current position as a Senior Communications Design Specialist for a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies. In this role my focus is on concept development, design, and production of effective communication pieces to best represent and promote the company’s many brands.
While I presently specialize in graphic design, I love applying brain power to all types of fun, hands-on creative projects such as crafting, sewing, woodworking, gardening, and DIY. When I’m not creating, you’ll find me on a hike, my bike, or the family farm.
I appreciate your interest in my work. If you’d like to know more, feel free to download my resume or contact me.
